Increase the output. To enhance step 1, you will need to increase the amount of calories you are burning. The most common mistake many people make when trying to lose weight and lose fat is starting off too fast. If you are not exercising at all, a little will go a long way in the beginning. Walking for 10 minutes a day for the first week is great and it WILL increase the fat burn.
Add water. Just as plants need water to grow, people need water to efficiently convert carbohydrates, proteins and fats into the energy needed to fuel the body. Less water means, less fat burn and that will get you no where. An important fact to remember is that water means water. Drinking 12 cans of diet soda every day does not mean you can count 144 ounces of water. Clear, fresh water is what the body needs to burn fat.
FatLoss4Idiots can be a fruitful experience. There is nothing like stepping on the scale to see a few pounds lost with little or no changes in your daily routine. If you want to eat, eat. Just choose the right foods. If you want to burn fat, move. But, not too much at first. And if you want to rev up that metabolism, drink more water.
