Exercise is needed to lose weight. No matter if you are on a FatLoss4Idiots program or some other weight loss plan, exercise is the best way to cause a calorie deficit in the body which, in turn, causes weight loss. But, the exercise needed to lose weight is not what the world may want you to believe. One of the most common myths surrounding Fat Loss 4 Idiots is the need to complete a daily routine of “formal” exercise.
