Weight loss is a multi-million dollar industry. While there are many reports and studies available about the perfect FatLoss4Idiots programs, there are also many “studies” that are simply nothing more than old wives tales. Some of the most common myths surround eating sugar, exercising, and eating fat.

Sugar has often been thought of as the “diet killer”. Fatloss4idiots does not have to include that thought. Sugar is simply a carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are the bodies first choice when it comes to gaining the energy needed for daily activities. Whether those sugars come from refined flour, white rice, bread or pasta, they are still simply sugars. Eating sugar while on a Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is not a “diet killer”.

Exercise is needed to lose weight. No matter if you are on a FatLoss4Idiots program or some other weight loss plan, exercise is the best way to cause a calorie deficit in the body which, in turn, causes weight loss.
